WATER & FLOUR

The Cooking Class is an experience where you will have the opportunity to learn the techniques of Sicilian bread-making, starting from water and flour, you will create the different types of Sicilian Street Food.

From the "Cucche" filled with herbs from our garden, with fresh ricotta and locally produced sausage, to the "Caiccu", filled half-moons, reminiscent of the old boats that the Arabs used during the domination in Sicily, filled with potatoes and sausage, to the "Vota Vota" strips of fresh pasta, turned several times on themselves, filled with tomato and onion, spinach and ricotta, or parsley and eggplants.
